His message aligned with our audience.
Joshua McGhee / Touchstone Energy
Nick went out of his way to make sure his message aligned with our audience and event strategy, which included clearing his schedule to meet with me while I passed through town weeks before the event, regular check-ins, and onsite connection. Because of all of these efforts, Nick was able to bring his wealth of knowledge to target our industry and VIP group.

Left the group inspired and eager.
Cal Austin, Regional Director / Pfizer
Are you ready to take your creative ideas from ‘incremental’ to ‘disruptive’ or even ‘destructive’? Nick Webb just spoke to one of our teams and left the group inspired and eager to break our normal conventions. He’s right when he says Innovation is not a bumper sticker – you have to do something to make it come to life.

Extremely well received!
William Donnelly / Align Technology, Inc.

Workforce
Happiness means the full range of positive human emotions: from transitory, visible happiness—a smile and a laugh—to the much deeper and long-lasting sense of self-satisfaction that comes from helping others live better lives. Work is the activity that produces value for society and provides the means of support for the person doing the work. For centuries, these two concepts were unrelated. Work was serious and happiness was frivolous. Work was difficult, and happiness was easy.
As this talk will reveal, those days are over. A new day is dawning. The workplace of today—and tomorrow—looks and feels very different from the workplaces of yesterday. This talk is based on the bestselling book, Happy Work, which is used by some of the top organizations in the world to drive a cultural transformation to happiness. Nick has addressed over 75,000 employees on how to leverage the superpower of workplace happiness to drive productivity while attracting mission-critical talent.

Marketing
In today’s hyper-competitive business environment, the difference between winning and losing is often slight. It’s like a race where the fastest runner who crosses the line just one step ahead of the pack is victorious—and the number two finisher is quickly forgotten. This insightful talk is packed with proven concepts that show you how to keep your organization in front of the competition.
Using his decades of global business experience, Nick reveals how innovation leadership, and customer experience mastery is the key to staying one step ahead and how you can leverage Chaotic Innovation to propel your organization forward. This talk is based on highly acclaimed and bestselling books What Customers Crave, What Customers Hate, and his just-released book, One Step Ahead.
